Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 10 business days’ notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.

Any rescheduled within 6 business days of the original date will require full payment for perishable items. However, we always strive to collaborate with you.
How does the billing process work?
To secure your order, we request a 50% down payment on orders over $200 with the remaining 50% to be paid at time of pickup.
What is the process for managing Presale orders?
Within our online ordering system, you’ll find a user-friendly Page made just for your event. You will be able to order till your presale date.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Absolutely! At checkout you will get a full list of your order with your order number.
